BOLOGNA TACOS

3/8 inch Fischer’s Bologna (Thick or Xtra-Thick)
Soft tortilla shells
Vegetable oil
Diced tomatoes
Green taco sauce
Sharp cheddar cheese
Refried beans
Sliced avocados

Lightly fry Fischer’s Thick or Xtra-Thick Bologna (sliced in half) until hot and brown...not crispy. Lightly fry soft tortilla shells (in vegetable oil) on both sides. Stack them with a paper towel in between each until you're ready to assemble with diced tomatoes, green taco sauce, sharp cheddar cheese, refried beans and sliced avocados. Enjoy!
